NVIDIA announced their new quad-core Kal-El processor at the MWC 2011 and even showcased bragging about its computing skills. It should be the next Tegra 3 but for now we’ll have to get used to the codename Kal-El.
Vodafone launches the Webbox, a keyboard which enables Internet on your TV, via a GSM/EDGE mobile data connection. Unfortunately, 3G isn’t supported yet, but a 3G version will follow later on.

Angry Birds is a hugely popular game available on just about every mobile platform imaginable, except Windows Phone 7 that is. But now Rovio just confirmed that they are already working on a version of Angry Birds for WP7.

LG has ambitious plans for 2011 – sell 30% more phones this year, for a total of 150 million devices, and smartphones will make up 20% of that. LG has no illusions though and knows that smartphones will be the big money maker.
The company intends to introduce 20 new smartphone models globally in 2011.
