Acer has unveiled its latest all-in-one solutions running Windows 8, the 23-inch Aspire 5600U and the 27-inch 7600U.

Making your own chips seems to be all the rage these days – a new rumor claims that Amazon is looking to acquire Texas Instruments’ high-end OMAP chipset manufacturing business.

MobileGeeks.de has got hold of an alleged inventory photo from German electronics retailer MediaMarkt concerning the pricing, storage capacity and colors of the yet unannounced iPad mini.
According to the leaked image the iPad mini will be offered in Black and White with storage options ranging from 8 GB to 64 GB, Wi-Fi only or Wi-Fi and Cellular with prices starting from €249. Read more »

Alleged photos of the battery unit set to power the yet to be revealed Apple iPad Mini have emerged. The images reveal a 4490mAh battery, packing 16.7Whr of energy, running at 3.72 volts.
The above numbers mean that the alleged battery unit of the upcoming Apple slate is roughly three times larger than the iPhone 5′s battery, and about one third of the third generation iPad’s capacity. Read more »

Prince of Persia Classic is a remake of the original 1989 Prince of Persia that started it all. There have been couple of remakes of this game in the past for mobile, one by Gameloft and the other by Ubisoft but since then they have been removed and replaced with this one.

Dell is introduced its lineup of upcoming PCs, running the new Windows 8 operating system.
There’s the new tablet-slash-ultrabook called XPS 12, the XPS 13 ultrabook has received an Ivy Bridge update, while the XPS One 27 and Inspiron One 23 All-in-Ones got touch-enabled screens. Today we finally get to see all price options for Microsoft’s next-generation computer OS – the Windows 8. The OS will launch on Oct 26, but you can pre-order it on a DVD right now, if you absolutely need to have a disc. For the rest of us, the update would be available online for download and purchase via the Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant for a cheaper price. The full Windows 8 Pro OS will be downloadable as well when you purchase the license separately.
