Upcoming YouTube Music Key to bring ad-free background audio with offline playback for a price

It seems Google is working on a new subscription service for YouTube, called YouTube Music Key. With this service, users will be able to listen to music videos on YouTube without any ads, in the background or even when they are offline, by paying the monthly subscription fee.

YouTube currently has one of the largest library of music videos on the internet but often you just have to listen to the music without watching the video and the YouTube player on mobile won’t let you play audio in the background. There are also other things to worry about, such as ads and not being able to play without an internet connection, all of which YouTube Music Key will solve. Read more »

Microsoft will soon out a $199 Chromebook rival made by HP

Details on a previously mentioned, low-cost Microsoft Windows 8.1 PC made by HP made the rounds. Dubbed HP Stream 14, the yet to be revealed machine is tipped to carry a Chromebook-rivaling $199 price tag when available.

The upcoming notebook will reportedly feature an AMD “Mullins” A4 Micro-6400T Quad-Core SoC, 2GB of RAM, and integrated Radeon R3 graphics. Read more »

LG will unveil world’s first 21:9 curved IPS monitor at IFA next month

LG has let us know that it will be showcasing the world’s first 21:9 curved IPS monitor at the IFA trade show in Berlin at the beginning of September.

Apple has slashed the prices of all the Beats products on the online as well as the retail Apple stores. The store has always had Beats products but Apple now has direct control over the pricing since the acquisition of Beats.

Sony announces a5100 interchangeable lens camera

Sony has announced the new α5100, a smaller version of the α6000 that retains most of its features in a smaller, cheaper device.

The α5100 has the same 24.3 megapixel CMOS APS-C EXMOR sensor with BIONZ X processor from the α6000, along with the super fast hybrid autofocus system with 179 focus points, which lets it focus in as little as 0.07 seconds and track the subject through the frame while shooting images or videos. LG reportedly set to reveal its next smartwatch next month

According to a report in The Korea Times, LG is set to release its next generation smartwatch in September, with IFA in Berlin as the likely destination. The successor of the LG G Watch will allegedly be a “serious game changer.”

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies is the fifth game in the Ace Attorney series that was originally released for the Nintendo 3DS last year and the second release for iOS, the first being the Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright Trilogy HD that included the first three games.
