Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo battery life test

by 58 comments

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo shares lots of common features with the original Note 3 model, but is powered by a brand new hexa-core Exynos 5260 chipset with two Cortex-A15 @ 1.7GHz and four Cortex-A7 @ 1.3GHz cores. We have never met this chipset and we were really curious about its battery management. We also wondered if the lower resolution will help the Neo outlast its bigger brother, given that batteries are almost equally matched – 3,100 mAh for the Neo vs 3,200 mAh for the original Galaxy Note 3

Now that our review is live for everybody to read, we took our time and did a thorough battery benchmarking. The results are in and we are ready to share them with you. Read more »

Nokia Lumia 1320 battery life test

by 23 comments

With our review of the Lumia 1320 under way, we managed to run the smartphone through our battery life test gauntlet and we are now giving you the scores. With an endurance rating of 105 hours, its premium brother the Lumia 1520, set the bar pretty high leaving no room for mediocre performance on Lumia 1320′s side.
