Chris Weber, Nokia’s Head of Marketing, has a few things to say about HTC’s new Windows Phone 8X and Windows Phone 8S smartphones that were just unveiled.

Chinese manufacturer, Cube, has prepped an Android tablet with a display sporting the “Retina” resolution of the iPad 3, namely 2048 x 1536.
The Cube U9GT5 will allegedly cost just $200 (or less than half an iPad 3) and will probably be launched in China first at an unspecified date. Read more »
A reporter of Hungarian tech site MobilPort was able to obtain a Nokia Lumia 920 camera module while over at the Carl Zeiss booth at Photokina 2012.
It turns out that there were some other interesting pieces of imaging tech and able at the booth and we got some photos of the Lumia 920 camera next to the monstrous sensor inside the Nokia 808 PureView and theN93 one. Read more »
The latest update to the Dropbox app for iOS enables users to share files to Facebook and Twitter. You can post pictures to the popular social services and attach files to Facebook messages.
The update also allows support for AirPrint, meaning you can now print Dropbox pictures or docs via Wi-Fi. Read more »
Microsoft has confirmed the costs of its Office 2013 suite as well as the Office 365 Home Premium and Small Business Premium services.
The subscription-based Office 365 Home Premium will give 5 people access to the full Office 365 features ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access, and Publisher) via their individual accounts. For the privilege they will have to fork out $99.99 a year. Read more »
Photokina is now underway and we’ve already seen new cameras by virtually every major manufacturer out there. It’s now Panasonic’s turn to join the fun as the company just unveiled its latest Micro Four Thirds camera.
The Panasonic DMC-GH3 comes to replace the GH2 Micro 4/3 camera. Along with the GH3 Panasonic also ousted two new LUMIX G X series lenses – 12-35mm and 35-100mm and a new battery grip. Read more »

The Archos booth was one of the stops during our tour around the IFA expo grounds and we got to see the newly announced Archos 101 XS slate in person and take a few live shots of the device.
The ICS-powered Archos 101 XS has a 10.1″ 1280 x 800 display and is powered by the TI OMAP 4470 chipest, featuring a dual core CPU and the PowerVR SGX544 GPU. According to the company it should get its Jelly Bean serving by the end of the year. Read more »

The 16.1MP APS-C sensor on the Sony NEX-5R can do 10 fps continuous shooting and 1080p video at 60fps. Read more »
