Apple’s acting CEO Tim Cook is on a visit in South Korea right now and some industry sources claim he has a really intriguing business there. According to the rumors, Cook is there to talk with Samsung about supplying AMOLEDs for their iGadgets.

The CNN App for iPhone has been available in the USA since 2009, while the international one is just six months old. It seems CNN has found Symbian^3 attractive enough as they’ve made the CNN App available in the Ovi Store as well.

Verizon has just announced the LG Revolution – an LTE capable droid running on Android Froyo. The Revolution appears to be a competitor to the HTC Thunderbolt with a 4.3-inch WVGA display, a Snapdragon chipset with a 1GHz processor and Adreno 205 GPU, a 720p-capable camcorder and the LTE support.
The Ovi brands days might be numbered, but it’s good to see the Store ones aren’t. A Store update will roll out for all Symbian^3 and S60 devices next week and will bring tons of new (and much needed!) features.

The first and most important one is the app updates. Those will work the same way as in the Apple’s AppStore – from now on you will automatically get a notification of any pending updates. Finally!
