In February, Google introduced a new program called Android for Work for users who prefer to bring their own smartphone or tablet to work. With this solution, Android devices’ owners can have two profiles that keep work and personal data separate.
After baking these features in Android 5.0 Lollipop, Google has now released Android for Work for devices running Ice Cream Sandwich through Kitkat. With this app, system administrators can create and monitor work profiles, settings, access, apps, and data natively in order keep work data separate from personal content.
Android for Work app available only for those partners who have implemented the enterprise mobility management solution. The app is available for free in Google Play.
