Lenovo announces Yoga Tablet 2 with 13-inch display and Windows 8.1

Lenovo took the wraps of a Yoga Tablet 2 model with 13” display and Windows 8.1. The slate will hit the shelves in November for $699. The price tag includes a bundled keyboard cover.

The latest Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 is powered by an Intel Atom Processor Z3745 with four CPU cores, clocked at up to 1.86GHz). It packs 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable memory (via microSD card slot).

The screen of the newcomer is a 13” IPS unit with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. A 1.6MP front-facing camera, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, microHDMI, and microUSB port are also on board. A 5W subwoofer with dedicated software will handle audio duties.

Physical measure of the 13” Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 are 324.1 x 221 x 3.7-14 mm, while its weight tips the scale at a tad over a kilogram without the keyboard.
