Live photos of the Wi-Fi only Sony Xperia Z Ultra have surfaced after the device made an appearance in AnTuTu benchmark listings and the FCC. Carrying the model number SGP412, the Xperia Z Ultra Wi-Fi has also got its manual leaked, which confirms its identity.
The exterior of the Wi-Fi only version of the phone remains unchanged. It still sports an all-around glass design and looks exactly as beautiful as its LTE-enabled counterpart.
The Wi-Fi Sony Xperia Z Ultra shares the same specs as its cellular brother. It features a 6.4″ 1080p display, Snapdragon 800 chipset with Adreno 330 GPU, 2 GB RAM, 32 GB internal storage and 8 MP camera. Below the glass back, there’s a 3,000mAh Li-Ion battery – 50mAh less powerful than the one in the 3G Xperia Z Ultra.
Check out some more photos of the 6.4″ phone as well as snaps from its SAR testing.
Sony is expected to unveil the phone at MWC in February. Then, we hope to hear more information on pricing and launch date.
