Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 spotted on Bluetooth SIG

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 is rumored for a while now and the tablet was found in the AnTuTu benchmark database a few days ago. Now, the device has been officially listed in the Bluetooth.org website, hinting that its launch might just be around the corner.

The model number of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 is confirmed to be GT-P5200 and the listing also reveals the existence of the LTE model.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 comes with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and the tablet is said to feature a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor along with 1 GB of RAM. The slate is also reported to have 16 GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded via microSD card slot. The connectivity options for the tablet include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, microUSB port, HSPA and LTE.

The upcoming tablet will run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and the juice for the device will be supplied by a 7,000mAh battery.
