Samsung has officially announced its partnership with Best Buy, which is one of the most popular retail stores across US. The South Korean giant is all set to install more than 1,400 Experience shops in the Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile specialty stores across the US, starting from this month.
Samsung Experience shops will allow the consumers to experience a range of smartphones, tablets, laptops, connected cameras and accessories before purchasing them. The shops will also let you know all about the devices from dedicated Samsung experts.
Samsung will also install a “Smart Service” in few selected Best Buy stores, allowing you to purchase and activate mobile products on your carrier of choice with the help of a dedicated Samsung experience consultants and Best Buy blue shirt sales associates. The trained consultants will demonstrate the product, explain the basic product services, assist you in setting up a Samsung account, help you in warranty registration and post purchase support.
In larger Samsung Experience Shops, the South Koreans will demonstrate Samsung connected solutions for its customers to see how Samsung devices connect and share content across multiple screens.
