Microsoft’s next generation Surface tablet will break cover on September 23

Microsoft sent out invitations for the launch event of the next generation Surface tablet. The slate will go official on September 23 in New York City.

Recent rumors have pointed that the new Microsoft Surface could launch in three different flavors. Leading the way will allegedly be a new Windows RT booting version despite other manufacturer’s lack of belief in the OS. The slate could be flanked by a Pro and Mini version.
