Microsoft SkyDrive for iPad gets updated, shakes hands with the Retina display

Microsoft SkyDrive for Apple’s iPad got bumped up to version 2.1. The app’s update brings support for the Retina Display of the popular slate’s latest incarnation.

You will now be able to open multimedia files from within the app at a rather eye-pleasing 264ppi. Furthermore, the update includes support for upload of multiple photos and videos, more file sharing abilities, as well as the option to open SkyDrive files while using other iOS apps.

In case you have made the update already, feel free to share your experience in the comments section below.
