The mid-range tablet offering by tech giant LG was released to select markets a few months ago. But it seems that it is only now reaching the local market. The G Pad 8.0 is now available in South Korea with a price tag of KRW 330,000 or about $300.
The device itself, while not spectacular was meant to follow in the steps of the highly successful LG G Pad 8.3. Not nearly as powerful, with a Snapdragon 400 SoC and 1GB of RAM, the G Pad 8.0 Is a solid mid-range device and most importantly a LTE-enable one. The rest of the specs on the tablet include an 8-inch 1280 x 800 pixel IPS display two cameras (5MP and 1.3MP), 16GB onboard storage and Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box.
