Google releases 64-bit Chrome Canary and Dev builds

Google has finally released a 64-bit version of Chrome for Windows. Currently only in beta form, the latest build can be downloaded from Google’s Canary and Dev channels.

According to Google, the 64-bit version is faster than the 32-bit version, with an average 25% improvement in performance. It is also more secure than the 32-bit version, and takes advantage of features such as High Entropy ASLR on Windows 8. Finally, the 64-bit version is also more stable with almost half the crashes of the 32-bit version.
