Google has released Chrome 20 for download hours after the end of the Day 2 keynote at Google I/O.
The new version of the Webkit browser comes with ‘hundreds of bugs’ fixed and updated HTML5 and JavaScript support. Additionally, a bug resulting in kernel panic on Macbooks carrying Intel HD 4000 videocards has been fixed as well.
For people running 64-bit Linux, viewing Flash content was impossible until now due to a software glitch. In Chrome 20 this has been fixed and now Linux users can get full support for 64-bit Flash on Linix with Adobe’s PPAPI “Pepper” release.
