Love your Windows Phone, but wish you could swipe around on your keyboard to text?

Well once you update to Windows Phone 8.1, your wish shall be granted.

The way the swipe action works on Windows Phone is akin to how it operates on Android. What’s more is that with the new Windows Phone keyboard, not only does it suggest words and phrases, but it also suggests emoticons. Pretty nifty.

You can turn the swiping feature on or off with the “type as I flick through letters” option. Check out the video below to see the new keyboard in action.

It seems that more and more Windows Phone 8.1 features are being leaked every day, and that the update is kind of a big deal. Are you excited to upgrade your Windows Phone device?
