Toshiba unveils 11.6-inch Windows 8 powered WT310 business tablet

Toshiba has announced the launch of WT310 tablet, designed exclusively for business users. The slate comes with a wide range of features, which include the DigitizerPen that converts handwritten notes into editable text.

Toshiba WT310 runs on Windows 8 Pro (64-bit), sports an 11.6″ Full HD screen and is powered by the latest Intel processor technology for Ultrabooks..

The slate has a wide range of connectivity options and comes with pre-installed security and data management features enabling secure remote management. The WT310 also has few business utility tools like the Trusted Platform Module (TPM v1.2), Intel Active Management Technology (AMT), Intel Anti-Theft and the Toshiba Eco Utility software.

Unfortunately, there is no official confirmation on the pricing of the Toshiba WT310, but the tablet will be available in the UK from Q2 2013.
