Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 to jumps to Android 2.1 before the end of September

It’s finally coming, folks. The XPERIA X10 Eclair update is just around the corner, less than a month away from hitting your X10 device (along with hopefully some sweet 720p video recording).


A week ago, Sony Ericsson UK posted on their official Twitter profile a message regarding the upcoming X10 upgrade to Android 2.1. The XPERIA X10 Eclair update is scheduled for release before the end of September. That’s a bit more specific than the previously promised Q4 release.

Let’s hope everything goes as planned.
