Samsung showcases the Smart Bike concept

Samsung’s Maestro Academy has come up with a new Smart Bike concept. This bicycle connects to your phone and attempts to create a safer riding experience for bikers.

The Smart Bike comes with features such as built-in camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. You connect your smartphone wirelessly to the bike and it shows you what is going on bend you on the screen using the camera mounted on the back.

The bike also has 4 Arduino laser projectors that project a bike lane on the street around you if one doesn’t exist, which lets other motorists know of your presence. The bike also switches on the light automatically when it gets dark using ambient light sensors. The aluminum body is designed to absorb shocks.

This is just a concept for now and may not actually be put into production.
