Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 with Spark LTE lands at Sprint on August 15

Sprint has just announced that it will start selling the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 on August 15, which is this Friday. The tablet will be the first in the carrier’s roster to support its Spark high-speed LTE network.

The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 will be available in all of Sprint’s sales channels, with a $299.99 full retail price sans taxes.

That said, you’ll be able to get it using the carrier’s Easy Pay installment plan, with $0 upfront then followed by 24 monthly payments of $12.50. For a limited time, if you choose a tablet data plan that costs $10 per month or more, you can get a $10 monthly service plan credit for 24 months – so essentially a $240 value.

The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 will be up for grabs in either white or black, and you can activate it on one of Sprint’s data plans starting at $10 per month for 100 MB. Other options include 1GB for $14.99, 3GB for $34.99, 6GB for $49.99, 12GB for $79.99, and 30GB for $109.99. Keep in mind though that all these prices are without taxes and surcharges.

The entry-level tablet in Samsung’s portfolio runs Android 4.4 KitKat and comes with a 7-inch 1280×800 touchscreen, a 3.15 MP rear camera, a 1.3 MP front snapper, and 1.5GB of RAM. Running things is a Samsung Exynos chipset with a 1.2 GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU, and keeping everything juiced up is a 4000 mAh battery.
