Yesterday we published our in-depth Galaxy S II Plus review and now is the time to share the details of its battery test with you.
The smartphone offers the same battery as its predecessor, but offers a more efficient chipset and a new Android release, which should lead to an improvement in its endurance.
Our first test, as usual, is all about talking. The Samsung Galaxy S II Plus did a lot better than the original Galaxy S II (Gingerbread and Ice Cream Sandwich ROMs) lasting 11 hours of 3G calls – an excellent score. Don’t forget to use the EXPAND button for more results.

Finally, on the video playback test the Plus battery died at exactly 10 hours – one of the top 8 results in our chart so far – two hour more from its Galaxy S II sibling. We suppose the Broadcom GPU has to be credited here.
