Northern-based and ice-clad Nokia has prepared an interesting new phone for the world – the cold, awaiting an eventual next Ice Age world.
The phone’s exterior is made from, wait for it, ice, while the innards are superhydrophobic or otherwise water-proof. It also seems to run Windows Phone, judging by the provided picture.
The phone can be charged by putting it in the freezer, neat huh. The technology behind it is called endothermic reaction only instead of heat it captures cold.
By now you’re probably thinking – April Fools’, right – well that’s right. Nice try from Nokia PR!
