Microsoft to release update to Windows Phone 8 to fix the reboots

Early adopters of Windows Phone 8 devices have been complaining about their devices randomly rebooting repeatedly. Fortunately, a fix is on the way.

Microsoft has confirmed that they have identified the cause of the problem and will be delivering an over-the-air update in December that will fix the problem.

Here is the full statement that Microsoft provided:

We’re continuing to investigate some reports of phones rebooting and have identified a cause with our partners. We are working to get an over-the-air update out in December.
