Following its arrival in the Google Play Store for the US, the LG G Watch R is now officially up for grabs in the UK too. This has been quite a long time coming, as initial reports pegged its release date in Britain as being October 24.
That came and went, though, with no G Watch R units available. Until today. If you want to, you can now buy one of these smartwatches for £225.
You can get it from either Amazon or Clove. The G Watch R is LG’s second watch to run Android Wear, and one of only two round smartwatches on the platform right now (the other being the Moto 360). It comes with a 1.3-inch P-OLED touchscreen with 320×320 resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset with a 1.2 GHz CPU, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of built-in storage, 9-axis sensors, a heart rate monitor, a barometer, and a 410 mAh battery. It’s IP67 certified for water and dust resistance. If you want to know more about it, do go through our hands-on.
