Ever since John F Mitchell and Martin Cooper of Motorola demonstrated the use of first hand held mobile phone in the year 1973, the mobile tech has grown beyond leaps and bounds. In the recent times, these mobile devices have evolved to what we now know as smartphones and have turned out to be an essential part of our lives.

However, along with the convenience come a few dangers, which you might have been unaware of. Here’s a beautiful infographic that shows the advantages and the disadvantages of a mobile phone.

The infographic spreads light on the statistics of mobile phone ownership, people who also use their phones while doing a particular task and their opinions on whether the mobile technology is helpful or not.
