The Alcatel OneTouch Flash smartphone was officially announced in Thailand back in September, and now it’s made its way to India as well. In fact, the handset is already up for pre-order at Flipkart, the subcontinent’s biggest online retailer.
The OneTouch Flash is being offered in both grey and white, the pricing being the same in both cases – INR 9,999 (that means approximately $161 or €130 at the current exchange rates).
The phone is apparently due to be released by the end of November, so if you pre-order one you won’t have to wait a very long time to have it at your doorstep.
The Alcatel OneTouch Flash has a 5.5-inch 720p IPS touchscreen, a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash, a 5 MP front snapper, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of built-in storage (of which 5.1GB is user-accessible), a microSD card slot, and a 3,200 mAh battery. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat, has 3G support and dual-SIM, and is powered by a MediaTek MT6592M chipset which comes with a 1.4 GHz octa-core CPU. Its dimensions are 152.1×76.2×8.1 mm, and it weighs 150g.
Thanks for sending this in, Anup!
