Adobe has rolled out an update for its Lightroom app for Android that’s loaded with features. For starters, the new app build finally brings support RAW files, thus meaning that you can transfer actual DNG files from your computer to an Android 5.0 Lollipop running smartphone or tablet for further editing.
Furthermore, the Adobe Lightroom for Android now offers support for microSD cards. This new feature can certainly be useful for the imaging enthusiasts, who will be able to store those large DNG files on the card and free up phone memory.
The Lightroom app adds compatibility for Android tablets, but only those running Android 5.0 Lollipop. The new app version is now live the Google Play.
