Microsoft makes Android tablet keyboard for hardcore Excel users

Microsoft has released a new keyboard specifically for Android tablets called Keyboard for Excel. It works only on Android tablets and is aimed at hardcore Excel users who enter a lot of numbers in their sheets.

The main feature of this keyboard is the 10-key number layout or a numpad on the right that makes it convenient to quickly enter numbers and offers similar experience to the numpad on your computer keyboard. It also prioritizes Excel operators in the symbols section for faster input. Along with that, there is also a Tab key and Enter key to make it easy to move between columns and rows within the sheet.

The keyboard works just like any other third party keyboard on Android and can be used within any application and not just Excel.

It’s free to download and install but as mentioned, can only be used on tablets.
