He most certainly is. He was interviewed at an Awards show and told the interviewer how much he loved his iPhone.

We copied a lot of Apple designs and were very happy with that, but the judge found out and now we have to design ourselves and we do not like that.

Our designer are now sweating in design room looking for other to copy. We copied HTC in our Galaxy Tab 10.1N redesign, and we like that, because HTC wont sue us.
