What do you meat by unofficial roms? Do explain that. As far as Nexus devices are concerns, all roms updates are coming OFFICIAL from Google itself. As for OEMs, they added their UI tweaks ON TOP of latest OFFICIAL Android roms. Are you sure what you mentioned really make any sense? Don’t even get me started about how WP started because it cannot even do simple copy & paste in the very first version. Yes, this function get added pretty quickly but releasing an OS without Copy & Paste. Really?! Just like WP8 cannot even do simple task like attaching more than one office documents in a single email now. The 3rd iteration already! Is plain dumb!

I’m not sure how future will be, but for sure looking at things, MS and WP will not come near to the top dogs. Maybe the new BB but not WP for sure because it is just too crippled as compared to. I can assure you that history will not repeat itself unless MS changes its directions thinking simplicity is everyone favorite.
