We all see the effort this web site is making to promote OLED and its super variants as ANOLED. Before rushing to claim the beauty of black color check one phone store that display a running phone with OLED and open the Internet browser on white background, no page loaded. Then you will see the power of OLED: the icons from home screen burnt forever in the white screen. Switch then back on black and go on admiring the black in the screen.

i remember that no one complained about the pentile matrix in the first galaxy S until galaxy s2 is released and samsung started telling us : “OMG pentile is like so last week technology you should see our full RGB matrix it is so awesoooooooome”, and now samsung is telling us :” OMG, RGB AMOLED have a lower lifetime than pentile and after while the display will be like ewwwww, pentile is awesoooome and last longer”
seriously pentile is fine, anyone complained about pentile is just nitpicking

I have an old first gen Galaxy. And that has a nice display. Yes you can see pentile if you really want to, but who cares especially if it improves battery life.

Still prefering my Galaxy S II Super AMOLED PLUS! :D No Pen Tile and for those who said about the white pages showing like blue, it’s just the power saving enabled, ‘because white pages consumes too much energy!

rightly said S!!..its not that resolution has something to do with screen size..xperia ray is another example,it just has a 3.3 inch screen..its the company’s choice..

but as far as screen size is concerned..why is samsung making such large phones i dont know..i think one day they will be manufacturing only phoneblets with 5 inch or larger screen!!!

in this regard apple is gud as the screen size is gud for a mobile to be operated easily by one hand!!!

and i think the next galaxy will be a 5 incher…awwww…not gud…..
