agreed with David Tang, if you take a look at the Intel Atom-powered netbooks, they have such a low TDP that this is the main reason why netbooks have such great battery life. And, if you're thinking of pulling the "AMD APU" cat out of the bag, don't bother. the AMD APU's came out as a RESULT of the success of the Intel Atom processors that powered the netbook up-rise. Besides, just like Tang said, it's only now that Intel are putting in some serious consideration into the mobile phone industry. Not every company is going to do well when they first venture into a "new" market. So, chillax dude. Give them some time and believe me, they'll turn things around. Maybe not a full 180, but the Intel CPUs within mobiles will definitely improve significantly.

For the Nth time, these are mostly ARM SoC optimized benchmarks ffs ppl... [-.-]" (and I'm an AMD fan so let's get that out of the way), hence proving the debacle as near worthless next to any China/Japan company made superphone that none of us can ever buy legitimately out in the international market.

Doesn't make sense until said benchmark coders reset their next wares to be more universally tailored preferably with real peers + independent rigorous standards. Not like how Qualcomm pulled a Vellamo.

The benchies' results don't matter at this point. What matters is how/will Android (in this case specifically Goog + Moto + Intel) succeed in making probably the only courageous mobile OS attempt right now to move to x86. And frankly to me this is the only real innovative mobile tech news of the week/month if anyone catches my drift.

dear you seem to have some problem with your eyes or you have some sort of reading disorder. i have clearly written "would love to see samsung, qualcomm, TiOMAP, and nVidia to put some
Cache memory in combination with their processors just like Intel"
Cache memory is in use since early 90's and everyone knows cache is placed inside the processor at multiple levels to store repeatedly used information for fast fetching.
Placing any amount of cache memory outside of processor then it would be rendered useless as fetching data from outside through buses would take longer time. lolz.... Being smart is OK but first learn to read things properly...get some lenses for your eyes
