VLC for iDevices is awesome for the iDevice owners. In addition it’s free! You don’t need the crappy players now to play all the formats that you have always wanted to play on your iDevice.

@Mike: A lot of people do enjoy Android, myself included. It’s superior to the iOS with its support for customization and developer-level code available to end users. Heck, we even managed to get WinAmp and Rockbox on the platform, it’s only a matter of time that we get VLC as well.
