Are you sure, you’re talking about samsung?
Samsung has the worst customer service I’ve ever know. My galaxy nexus, which exact model’s update provided by samsung, still doesn’t get jelly beans update while the one that provided by google, clearly my GNex not included, already get update on mid july.
And when I ask samsung CS, they blame google’s server.

Um you do realise what you just said, Android is royaltyless NO royaltys, WP8 has royaltys, current Wp 7.8 devices are so primative its not funny!

I will not buy samsung phones anymore. They cannot provide an update for my phone. My phone is still new it was just released april this year, but I think they have forgotten their mid rangers. They only provide updates on their high end handsets. Will buy from HTC from now on. Samsung reminder you still have alot of mid range phones awaiting upgrade.

this is unfair for those who has the Galaxy Nexs international versions yakju**. Samsung needs to prioritize it first to get JB. Yakju versions of GNexus wad already updated by google last july, its not fair for those who got the non-yakju versions in which Samsung is responsible for updating
