yeah THE problem with EDoF ,no amount of nice long distance shots can make up for. Cant they understand this simple thing. you cant scan business cards and take document photos that are legible without zooming in or cropping them.

Did I ever say that Nokia isn’t the best? Did I ever bash any company? Did I ever state a personal opinion? Nope, nope and nope. I just said “fanboi”. One word. You replied with “nuts lol whatever you say you can’t face the truth that nokia is best!!”.

Obviously, “whatever you say you can’t face the truth that nokia is NOT the best!!” or else why defend it all of a sudden when I wasn’t criticising it???

FYI, I’ve used Nokia before. Pfft, fanbois! Simply jumping to conclusions due to their insecurities about the brands they support. Face it, there is no “best” company!

this still beats 95% of phone cameras out there and its not a camera centric device like the n8(which pros have used), but yeah when is the last time people got upset over blackberry cameras, or why don’t we see this happen with every HTC device (all poor cameras) why is nokia held to this standard? This is a great buisness built phone that has a great camera that can fit into a thin device and shoot really fast pics (great for catching that moment). Yes it can not do document scanning. I work in a place where a lot of blackberries are used, almost never, I mean maybe once a year do I see them used to photograph documents. Its not a huge deal. Its better to be able to quick snap a pic of your child doing something cute and not miss the moment, or get a fuzzy pic of it. This is a great phone with a strong camera. Calm down people.

in addition to my previous post, my 6 year old K750i beats this phone hands down in all conditions its the first AF cam phone on the market and the best 2mp phone ever made

The quality of shots look good, provided that you don’t shoot macro, or even make good closeup/portrait photography at all. Still not convinced. AF is necessary for every single compact camera in the world, even the best DSLRs do have them. Nokia has gone too far showing their ignorance to the world.
