but there were those who wants alpha “DSLR” image quality on “cybershot” dimensions. and there wasn’t a single micro 4/3 camera that had beaten the NEX series in image quality and size.

Well it will pretty much be pointless if it priced in the same range as entry level DSLR’s. I mean anyone who needs just a point-and shoot will opt for something much more compact and less expensive while others for whom price and size is not an issue will opt for a DSLR instead.
