hem,, windows phone may out of resource when running this game, so they not built one for windows phone, so way still using that? :P if you really want gaming at your phone, your chose wrong OS man,,, :)

That looks more like carrier problem. Try another SIM on her phone. Should call your carrier and Samsung to find the problem. Use Whatsapp, Viber or other IM in the mean time. And next time you buy a phone for a girl, consider iOS.

however, best solution is:
backup data and factory reset the phone although I have never seen that kind of problem since i’ve been using my Galaxy device.

As I see it there are a few problems. One, your girlfriend chose a Samsung phone which is already a warning sign indicating her poor taste and relatively cheap nature. Second, she chose you as her boyfriend, already a bad sign given her Samsung preference but made worse given your own Android preference.

I see no solutin to this problem, which has been infecting quite a lot of people lately. Luckily, there is still a healthy amount of people out there resistant to the above mentioned illness which causes severe drops in IQ Levels.
