Symbian and meego are better in this respect as they can retain the apps in memory without closing it.

Very accurate. However I started having GPS connectivity issues on my phone and it would not lock on to the location no matter what. I tried all fixes I found online but none of them fixed it. Finally I uninstalled the SwiftKey app and magically the GPS started locking on to the location as though nothing had happened. I dont know if this is a problem with just my phone. I wish I could have the app on my phone and have the GPS working as well.
