		<description><![CDATA[Not a big surprise for dual standby. But i believe an update can improve this a lot. Dual sim is still stupid though. And it&#039;s always more expensive, having multiple sims is about availability and confidence and bragging rights. Like in Philippines, texts to other networks used to be expensive but is cheap now so dual sim is now much more expensive to maintain. People should put the expenses on a paper and see for themselves that the second sim cost them the price of a Samsung E1200 every 6 to 7 weeks. ]]></description>
