I bought Sony Ericsson Neo V on May 27, 2012 and from June 3rd week there is some problem in the display of this phone and I have not been using this phone since then. The Service center folks says that the LCD is damaged, but there is no physical damage on this phone, not even a single scratch. The phone didn’t fell anywhere so how come the LCD can damage?? This issue is in dispute and the customer care of Sony is pathetic as no one replies to calls and emails. It has been an awful experience in dealing with Sony. While selling the products company makes so many claims but after sales services sucks. This damage should be covered in warranty as its not a problem from our end, there must be some defect with the handset. Indeed I regret buying this phone.

My Neo V does not last more than 4 hours if connected to the 3G network :( Started working fine after 3G was switched off.
