That is not at all true.

Android has bigger market share and better GPUs , RAM , screens etc. and yet iOS gets better apps/games and also gets games/apps released first in appstore most of them.

Developers need people who buy apps.
Even if marketshare is low , if there are people to buy apps then , there wont be any problem.

Windows app market is 50,000 now.
Did u see any marketshare for WP ?

It’s interesting to see how this fares against the 3DS, like the PS3 against the Wii. Of course the Wii, although the weaker console, was a monster hit while the more powerful PS3 took its time to get mainstream and now is still relevant in the gaming landscape.
