NO…but at the mobile OS’s even 800 MHZ can run WP OS 7.5 perfect sure with some app limitation…but still perfect on single core as much as my lumia 800 in terms of daily usage.

I dont think the feature work well specially during watching videos, every time the eye would blink the video would either pause or stop according to what the gesture is said to perform…..
