64GB MicroSD cards were big deal last year. Similar ideas apply here.

It’s like asking “Why aren’t there any affordable 1TB SSD drives when 1TB HDD are 60 bucks?” You are comparing totally different types of memories in which the manufacturing process difficulty difference is like night and day.

It is different. Its different times on different designes. Sure it should’ve been done earlier, but did you see anyone else do it either? No. HDD is drastically easier to produce. Do you understand how microscopic these memory chips are? Plus it’s not just eh size it’s the speed increase in the memory itself. And Yes it will help because the chip speed is faster and that means more ram will still be available in a year or two from now when things take up more memory.

Why not? If it’s entering mass production now a few months after the release of the S3 it only makes logical sense it would be in the S4.

Late, but still promised and S4 is definitely more likely. Maybe even something before then.
