For me having an "exclusive" piece of software is not that important, freedom and flexibility in the Android ecosystem is so much appealing. And it's true, the S Voice isn't great at all, but the nice thing is that it has already made available. You cannot even think of this happening this fast with Apple products.
About the SGSIII, I was really hoping for an Exynos 5XXX (especially 5250) processor. The Super AMOLED screen with or without the Plus (RGB matrix) looks great enough for me, the bezel is already thin and I find it slim indeed. The upgrade kind of felt like a "not-so-great improvement", but that's only because the GNote and the GNex came out before the SGSIII did, screwing most of the wow factor. I had the SGSII until I left it in a cab (nuff said, it has all been self punishment after that) and I really loved it. Looking at the S3 reviews, people talk about a kind of presence that you simply don't get from the photos and turned haters and undecissive buyers towards the phone. I won't believe in that magic 'til I have a hands on experience.

Hi m ello

No Apple PR from me. I got the SGS 1 & 2. Luv my S2 and was eagerly awaiting the S3. I was hoping it would be as far ahead of the S2 as that was ahead of the S1. So far seems to me that it's good, but not as good as it could have (achievably) been.

No, I don't like the design or finishes, nor do many others, especially not for a flagship device.

Regardless for me it would have only taken 1 or 2 things out of a list of possible improvements (slimmer, thinner bezel/smaller phone, RGB screen, newer chipset...) to have me go out and pre-order one.

At this stage I'll be holding on to my S2 until the SGS4, inless the S3 changes my mind once it's in my hands to test drive.
