But the reason the Nokia is producing poorly and hence there is scarcity of phones in the market. It will take time for them to catch up.

What makes you think Nokia has horrible track record with Symbian? Symbian is the reason today’s telephony exists, it has apps and games way before even inception of Apple. Samsung, Sony, Nokia all ran symbian. Yes it has lost itself with time, but that’s ok as end to every start is inevitable.
