Samsung emphasizes water resistance of Galaxy S5 by putting some inside a snowman

The holiday spirit is everywhere these days, and Samsung wants to participate. The company perhaps feels that you may have forgotten about the Galaxy S5, especially now that the Galaxy Note 4 has been on the market for a while. So, to remind you that its smaller flagship smartphone exists, and is water resistant, it’s created a new promo video for it.

This features a few Galaxy S5 units and a snowman. Actually, it features a few Galaxy S5 units inside a snowman. Since it’s water resistant and all that.

The phones aren’t just shoved inside some snow, but they’re put to good use as you’ll see – or at least their screens are.

So there you have it – possibly the world’s first snowman to have moving eyes and a beating heart. Samsung even calls it “a digital snowman”, though that may be taking it a tad too far. You be the judge.
