“judging by its ratings it might not be a complete hoax” – problem, none of the 5 stars ratings have actually tried and tested it, they are all “awsome, will see if it works…”, “will update later…” . Not that reliable…

I bet all it does is turn of wi-fi/data connection when in idle, adjust brightness, turn off unused background apps, etc. Nothing new and nothing you can do yourself. I hope I’m wrong.
