Most of those are re-downloads as well
probably 80% of that figure would be.
To up date the google maps you reload the whole app again.

Err…unless we can get the apps for free or this promo will be useless in Taiwan as no paid apps in Google Play.

Google and Taipei City Gov. should fix the law issues ASAP so we can buy the paid apps directly, no root, or SIM from other country, or VPN required!
