@twitter-301433717:disqus oh gosh. I don't care if flash is dead it's technically still available on Android Market for download while it needs some performance improvements an updates for lower spec'ed phone it still works flawlessly on my Galaxy S II and some other dual-core smartphones, so it needs no update. And IT IS indeed buttery smooth with flash turned on. If you don't like flash don't use it at all then. There's still plenty of users who likes flash cause it has no restrictions and has the desktop experience on your palm without losing the buttery smoothness, and you do realised that I said "Android has Flash AND your favorite HTML5" right? And you can always turn flash off if you "Hate" flash. For me, moving to Apple has got to be the biggest mistake ever I've made choosing phone. But I'm sooo glad I ditched my crappy old iPhone and moved on to a better OS -Android and will never look back. If you like restrictions, that's your problem. But I prefer having freedom to do whatever I want and transform my phone to whatever I like and not buying fancy designed protective casing and pretend to look different. Quit convincing people what's good for them, different people has different needs. Both OS has their pros and cons- iOS is more user-friendly and easier kids and old people to understand. For real tech-savvy people who likes freedom and customisation and choices and knows what they're doing Android is for them. You could put 5 HTC Sensation,Samsung Galaxy S II etc and they all could look different after customisation despite being the same phone which is fun to play around. :)

@twitter-301433717:disqus ya I know that x86 apps wont run in ARM, those apps need to be recompiled for ARM. unless microsoft or any other 3rd party developer makes an emulator service layer which creates a virtual x86 environment within ARM.

if you have the source code, it's not very hard to recompile your apps for ARM. at the beginning, yes there will be lots of apps which are not yet compiled for ARM, but as time goes by all the windows apps will be available for ARM as well.

And even if all the apps are not made available for ARM, dont worry, there will be plenty of x86 and x64 tablets in the market running full-blown windows 8 as well. samsung already launched such a tablet in build conference for devs.

With windows and android, I get the choice of choosing my own hardware. there are cheap netbooks running windows, there are gigantic servers running windows. there is always a windows PC for everyone and for every profession.

er no, I use autocad on my laptop, a professional 3d modeling and rendering program which requires a mouse with a roller and keyboard inputs so that you can use it even properly. Can a tablet computer even do that? no, tablet computers are just toys when compared side by side to a laptop. Its just a toy used for entertainment.

We are happy with Apple giving us what we asked for.
If Apple says we don't need it, the we don't.
